Go to war in a Stickman fantasy-land
Stickman Epic Dice Battle is a free game of strategy set in a world of comical fantasy. Take control of Stickman archers, Stickman wizards, Stickman berserkers, and other wacky sword-and-sorcery fighters. Then, send them to battle against similarly offbeat foes.
The game uses a similar graphical style to the various other Stickman apps, like Stick It To The Stick Man. However, it is closer to strategy games like Battle Strategy: Tower Defense in terms of gameplay. Position your troops well to win.
Strategy and chance
Stickman Epic Dice Battle combines elements of both luck and strategy. The player is in charge of a blue team that occupies a grid in the lower half of the screen. The opponents are a red team in the upper half. Your job is to position your blue fighters and then let an automatic battle begin.
Which fighters will you roll?
The element of chance comes into play at the start of each round, where a random roll of the dice decides your warriors' identities. Fighters come in different types, and which type you end up with is random. Will you get a sword warrior, an archer, or something else? Different fighters will suit different levels.
Combine your Stickmen
To ensure that you have the best team possible, you'll need to combine your Stickmen. For example, combining a Pugilist with an Archer will create a Healer, and combining another Pugilist with a Healer will generate a powerful Cyclop. There are 19 Stickman types in all, and each has a virtual trading card to unlock.
Not too tricky
One issue that many players will face is a lack of challenge. Stickman Epic Dice Battle is very easy. In the early levels, you'll likely only lose if you make a mistake, like turning all your fighters into healers who can't fight back.
